Delivery time:

For orders in the North - the West and other regions: Customers can choose to deliver by post / by car: fast or slow delivery (7 days slow - 2 -3 days fast) all costs are paid by the customer. Pay with the Post Office or a car dealer.
Orders in the city. Ho Chi Minh, delivery time under 24 hours 24
(Please add 24 hours if the order time is between 6pm Saturday and 12pm Sunday).

Shipping fee: We apply the following shipping fee policy:
- Order <10 million: please pay extra shipping fee of 50k - 100k depending on the area from Hoang Bao Khoa company to the bus station - Ben Xe (except for the post office, which is free of charge) and customers still pay shipping fee from the bus station - Bus Station _ Post Office to the place you registered when ordering. Or deliver Grab, customers pay Grab themselves.
- Order > 10 million: Free Ship from Hoang Bao Khoa Company to the bus station - Bus Station _ Post Office. However, the customer still pays the shipping fee from the bus station - Bus Station _ Post Office to the place you registered when placing an order.

Exchange / Return Policy:

Exchange cases:
- Hoang Bao Khoa Company does not have an exchange policy, please look carefully and choose the product before buying. Our company always thoroughly test products before delivering to customers.
Hoang Bao Khoa Company only accepts exchange if it is a mistake from us such as: wrong item code – Different size, all shipping costs are shared by me.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Warranty Policy:

- If the Product has an error from the manufacturer, please send the Product to the Warranty Center 396-396A Le Van Luong F. Tan Hung District 7 HCM.
- If the Product fails from usage from the customer, we will still support the warranty but will be charged (we will notify the repair fee in advance to the customer)
