That is why we prepare man force and inventory for that. Even when warranty is ended, we will be on hand to support customers all of the time.

Warranty Terms & Conditions
A. Limited Warranty
- Products come with a warranty period up to twenty (12) months for overseas buyers from the original date of purchase with Warranty Stamp / Card from Hoang Bao Khoa Company.
- The Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser (“you”) and is not transferable.
B. Warranty exclusions
Product damage or defects caused by the following conditions will not be covered by this Warranty:
- Damage during the delivery / shipping period.
- Improper handling, neglect or failure to operate the unit in compliance with the instructions given in the Quick Start Guide or User/ Service Manual
- This Warranty does not cover products that have been electronically or mechanically modified in any way.
- Any repair or opening or no Hoang Bao Khoa Stamp in the product will void the Warranty.
- Force Majure (accident, fire, flood, earthquake etc.) or any other condition that is beyond the control of Hoang Bao Khoa Company.
Warranty Card with your date of purchase is required to present when you apply Warranty. In case of the Card is erased, edited or blurred, the Warranty of the product will not be applicable.
This Limited Warranty shall not apply if the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed from the product.
Warranty is not covered for Accessories: Spare parts, cables, jacks/connectors, stands, drivers etc.
C. Procedure
1. Customer contacts Hoang Bao Khoa Company via Website, Fanpage, Mailbox with video clips, images and descriptions of the problems.
2. Your query will be referred to our Tech Team. It will take 5-7 business days for The Team for further inspection and verification.
3. Customer may need to send the unit to Hoang Bao Khoa Company for warranty. All cost includes Shipping charge two ways, taxes, handling fee, import/export duties will be on customer's account.
4. Once the repairation is completed, Hoang Bao Khoa Company will inform Customer for the unit delivery.
