ALED BSW 480 CMY Features a 480W Light Source and Flexible Optical System
At the heart of the ALED BSW 480 CMY is a new imported 480W LED module with a light source lifespan of up to 50,000 hours. The light source delivers an output of 100,000 lm at a distance of 5 meters, with a color temperature of 8,000K and a CRI of > 85.
The optical system is designed to flexibly switch between multiple lighting effects. The Beam Zoom angle of 4-35° allows the fixture to produce beams ranging from narrow to wider angles, while the Wash angle of 10-50° is suitable for broad lighting effects.
The focus system can be adjusted linearly from 4 meters to 50 meters, helping optimize image and beam sharpness according to the projection distance.

The fixture is also equipped with 1 independent frost filter, producing softer and more natural-looking light. Combined with the zoom and focus systems, operators can flexibly switch between different lighting effects.

CMY+CTO for Flexible Color Mixing
The ALED BSW 480 CMY is equipped with a linear CMY+CTO color mixing system, combined with a color wheel featuring 8 colors + open and half-color functionality.
This system allows the fixture to transition between colors smoothly during operation, making it suitable for programs that require continuous lighting color changes between different performances.
Rotating Gobo for Dynamic Image Effects
The fixture features 12 fixed Gobo patterns + open and 7 rotating glass Gobo patterns. Each rotating Gobo can rotate independently in both forward and reverse directions, creating a variety of images and dynamic lighting effects on stage.
When combined with the focus and zoom systems, operators can control the size and sharpness of the projected images according to the projection distance.
Prism for Beam Multiplication Effects
The ALED BSW 480 CMY is equipped with a standard 3-facet prism and an 8-facet prism. Each prism can rotate independently in both forward and reverse directions.

High-Speed Strobe and Macro
The fixture's strobe system operates at speeds of 0-30 flashes per second, allowing the effect speed to be adjusted as required. The fixture also supports a strobe Macro function for creating fast and powerful lighting movements according to the programmed sequence.

DMX512 Control, 16-bit Pan/Tilt and Stage-Ready Design
The ALED BSW 480 CMY supports international-standard DMX512 and RDM functionality. The fixture provides two channel modes, 22 channels / 26 channels, allowing users to select the control configuration that best suits their lighting system.
The control panel uses an LCD display with dual operation via physical buttons and touch controls. The DMX512 system also supports online software upgrades and address dialing.

16-bit Pan/Tilt for Precise Movement
For movement, the fixture provides 540° Pan and 270° Tilt, with 16-bit precision and an electronic error correction function.
Its wide horizontal and vertical scanning range allows the ALED BSW 480 CMY to create flexible lighting movements across the stage, while 16-bit control enables precise movement management.
Housing and Protection System
The ALED BSW 480 CMY features a high-temperature-resistant plastic housing and is cooled by an axial fan to enhance heat dissipation.
